Brad Doll practices land use, environmental, and real estate law, with particular focus on project permitting, litigation, and cleanup of contaminated properties. Brad’s litigation experience includes administrative and judicial appeals before the Washington Court of Appeals, the Pollution Control and Growth Management Hearings Boards, and a clerkship with the Washington State Supreme Court. Brad also has experience assisting clients in obtaining water quality and solid and hazardous waste permits, as well as lawsuits and penalty actions related to those permits. Brad drafts real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements and easement agreements. Prior to attending law school, Brad gained extensive business experience as an operations manager and business analyst at Amazon.com. Since 2010, Brad has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Washington Super Lawyers®.
