- Environmental compliance matters including state cleanup laws, stormwater permitting, and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
- Environmental enforcement projects include representing clients before the state Pollution Control Hearings Board to defend against penalty orders issued by the Department of Ecology and other regulatory agencies.
