Securing and Maintaining Water Rights
Access to an adequate water supply can be among the most challenging issues for any new business, land development, or growing community in the Northwest. We offer decades of experience in working with clients and consultants to identify and obtain water rights through permitting, transfers, and changes in use. Our efforts include negotiating with water right holders, property owners, and other stakeholders, working with regulatory agencies and, when necessary, litigation.
