On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, Brad Doll of Doll Mack Wells moderated a panel at NEBC's Managing Stormwater in Washington conference in Tacoma. Panelists addressed trends in stormwater enforcement and the disputes that are driving recent Clean Water Act lawsuits including the scope of permit coverage, illicit discharges and non-point sources. Other topics included important judicial decisions; potential changes to the 2025 Industrial Stormwater General Permit; residual designation of non-industrial activities; and dealing with the Permit's AKART requirement.
