Brad Doll to Speak at 2024 NEBC’s Managing Stormwater Conference

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, Brad Doll of Doll Mack Wells PLLC will speak at NEBC's Managing Stormwater in Washington conference in Tacoma. Panelists will address emerging contaminants including PFAS, PBDEs, microplastics, pharmaceuticals, and personal care products. Speakers will address challenges associated with monitoring and interpreting the presence of emerging contaminants in stormwater runoff, evolving regulations, and legal ramifications of non-compliance. Speakers will share their insights on these challenges including results from a nationwide PFAS in rainfall study, monitoring of emerging contaminants associated with urban runoff in the Puget Sound nearshore environment using caged mussels, and regulatory and legal implications associated with potential future emerging contaminant stormwater compliance requirements.
