Department of Ecology Issues Interim Guidance on “Net Ecological Benefit”
On June 18, 2018, the Washington Department of Ecology issued an Interim Guidance for Determining Net Ecological Benefit, intended to assist local watershed groups with their near-term planning and to guide the mitigation pilot projects authorized under Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill (ESSB) 6091.
